WHO IS AN ALPHA MALE?
An alpha male is an enterprising and a driven go getter. He is a true leader because he leads through his actions and inspires others to do the same.
His dynamic and energetic personality is infectious and people are just drawn to him like magnet.
The calm demeanour he possesses infuses confidence in others during hard times.
Women can sense his masculinity and virility from miles away and feel extremely sexual in his presence.
Men look upto him and want to be like him.
He always has this air of mystery around him that drives women wild.
Alpha males thrive on competition and usually do very well under pressure. Winning gives them immense pleasure.
They are very assertive by nature and always have healthy personal boundaries which other have to adhere at all times.
Because they are smart, charismatic, competent and full of ambition, things always turn in their favor.
So now that we know who an alpha male is, let’s proceed to how we can become one
THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO BE AN ALPHA MALE
1. BECOME A BUILDER/FIND YOUR PURPOSE:
At our core we as men are happiest actively putting in time, energy and effort into building something and witness it take shape and form over time.
Exercising consistently and sculpting the body you desire and working relentlessly on your business and making it a successful venture are two examples of “building” which we all can relate to.
The act of building is crucial because it gives us agency and purpose which is key to our mental sanity.
They don’t say – “an idle mind is a devil’s workshop” for nothing. When you sit and do nothing everyday you subconsciously allow vices and addictions to enter your life.
Building and working on your purpose is the best way to fill the void we all have in our lives.
This is why you must spend the majority of your day being lazer focused working on your purpose.
Now the question that most of you will have is – HOW TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD BUILD ON OR HOW TO FIND MY PURPOSE?
One way would be to go to your YouTube/Google search history and see what type of content (self help, gaming, fitness, dating, etc. in the form of videos, blogs and podcasts) you consume all the time.
Doing the above exercise will highlight your interest areas you are naturally drawn to or have an affinity towards.
Once you have identified your “passion”, the next step would be to create goals (financial, intellectual, self growth, etc.) around it and work on them everyday.
Being a builder is the most important characteristic of an alpha male.
A great example of an alpha male who demonstrated this quality was a fictional character known as “Howard Roark” from Ayn Rand’s book The Fountainhead. A free audiobook version is available on YouTube, a must listen for everyone reading this blog.
2. WORK TOWARDS FINANCIAL FREEDOM:
By being financially free an alpha male can exercise dominion over the most scarce resource in the world – TIME!
As an alpha male you must have f*ck you money so that you do whatever you want whenever you want.
Financial freedom allows you to not take sh*t from others because you can hit back or just walk away. The choice is yours!
The first step towards financial freedom is learning to manage the money you already have.
For most of us money comes in and money goes out, you must avoid this at all cost.
To become an alpha male you must develop the skill of holding on to money.
Practice having money in your wallet and not spending it.
Create a separate bank account and put away 5-10% of your total earning every month into that account. Now let it just sit there and grow overtime.
If you have debts then your first priority will be to get that paid off as fast as possible and then start with your monthly savings.
The next step towards financial freedom is to always find ways to make more money be it asking for salary hike at your job, working on side hustle, building a business, etc.
The third step towards financial freedom would be to keep you expenses relatively under control at all times.
I am not saying that you should live like a popper and not enjoy life but try to maintain a healthy 3:1 income to expense ratio.
I had started the habit of investing and saving money right from my first job, thanks to my dad who advised me to do that. Hands down the best decision of my life.
Right now I am able to work on my two businesses stress free because of that decision.
Money changes your energy as a man. So get this area of your life fixed first. Everything else can wait.
3. LEARN TO HANDLE AND DEAL WITH WOMEN:
When you work on your purpose and start making good money, women just come with the territory and so you must learn how to deal with them.
The first thing that you must do is take a weekend off, go some place where no one can bother you and write down your “dream girl” profile .
Write everything about what you crave or desire in a woman – looks, physical attributes, characteristics, nature, etc.
Be elaborative and write as much as you can in detail. Doing this exercise gives your mind clarity and focus.
Don’t be freaked out if you suddenly start encountering the type of women you wrote down in real life.
Now, we must have certain “game” principles in place to create and maintain attraction once they start popping up.
Fundamentally you must understand that woman crave your authority and direction and you as a man crave her submission and unspoken devotion.
Keep the above blueprint in mind while engaging or interacting with women in any capacity.

Possessing looks, money, status, physique, etc. is great for short term attraction and flings. But, your behavior and mindset will determine long term success.
By behavior I mean you must have a completely non-judgemental attitude towards women. Never show signs of being butt hurt by her shit tests and past experiences.
If she notices any hint of judgement and sexual repression in your behavior then you’re getting no play. Act calm and unfazed at all times.
You must also have a take it or leave it attitude with women (abundance mindset). A woman must always be in a scarcity mindset with you because she knows you’re a high quality male.
How do you show abundance mindset? I’ll give you two ways – (1) Checking her and (2) Walking away.
Check a woman if she shows slight disrespect towards you (comes late on dates, on her phone all the time while with you, etc.). Don’t stay silent say something.
The idea of checking a woman is that it shows her you have a spine. Its a great way of projecting your masculinity.
If she starts mistreating you then just walk away. Don’t go back and forth with her. Stop all communications till she reaches out to you first.
I have outlined the basics for you, now add your own “twist” to the equation and create your own personal dating philosophy.
Doing all the above feeds into your bravado, machismo and masculine essence which unleashes her divine feminine.
4. DEVELOPING A MASCULINE PHYSIQUE:
Strength and power is the first thought that comes to your mind while distinguishing an alpha male from the beta male.
Getting your body right is a must to call yourself an alpha male.
I suggest you work out (gym/cross fit/sports etc.) 3 to 5 times a week.
The idea is that your body should subconsciously communicate strength to the other person who is in your presence.
You will notice how much of an influence physical prowess has over other people. Its powerful because it plays on their primal instincts and urges.
New doors will open up for you and opportunities will start falling into your lap at work and in your sex life. Hope I got your attention now.
Recently I found out that just hanging on pull up bars (double hand and single hand) can develop natural muscle.
Also, rather than doing reps just hold onto weights as long as possible in one position and create tension on the muscle you want. Start with light weights.
Another experiment I am doing right now is combining holding with squeezing.
So for example, in a bicep curl, I pick the weight up, hold and squeeze for as long as I can. No upward downward motion.
I have also incorporated planks into my work out routine, excellent full body work out especially for your core.
One more thing you should look into is ‘stretching and mobility’ exercises.
Do your own research, try stuff out, get a trainer if you have but be consistent.
You may not see much results in your first year but don’t get disheartened by that, Rome was not built in a day.
Make health and fitness your priority today and don’t neglect it.
5. TRACK AND MONITOR YOUR SLEEP AND DIET:
An alpha male is mentally and emotionally very stable.
From the research I am doing, fixing your sleep and diet alone will take care of 90% of your physical, mental and emotional problems.

As far as diet goes I am working on combining ‘Intermittent Fasting’ with a low carb diet.
Carbs are sugary foods and never really quench your hunger. I always felt hungry and drowsy on a high carb diet.
So instead I am focusing on consuming high fat, high/moderate protein and low carb diet.
I will share results with you in a separate blog post after 3-6 months.
If you’re not into diets then try to eat natural food as much as possible. You can have maximum 2 cheat days in a week.
6. LEARN THE ART OF FIGHTING AND SELF DEFENCE:
Possessing the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones from danger is the most alpha thing you can do ever.
Go join a street defence, boxing or martial arts class near you and get your basics like punches, kicks, etc. ironed out.
If you fear pain your mind will freeze in the confrontation phase itself and you wont be able to react. At this point you are at the opponent’s mercy.
First , become comfortable with physical pain in a controlled environment – i.e., self defence class, martial arts dojo, etc.
Once you get hit a couple of time the fear you had initially will subside considerably.
As fear goes down and your skills improve overtime you will be able to maintain your composure in a chaotic fight environment and react properly.
One more point to note down is keep your attacks simple, no flashy moves.
Go on youtube and see videos on street fight, read books on fight psychology and get your mind ready now. Prevention is better than cure.
7. NEVER APOLOGIZE, EVER!
Even when you’re wrong its better to just face the music, take the ‘L’ and move on.
However, The word “sorry” should never come out of your mouth.
If someone demands an apology just stand there firm like a statue and say nothing. No matter how awkward it gets.
Protect your pride and ego at all costs.
I have apologized in the past and never felt at peace afterwords.
Remember, alpha males show no remorse.
8. BECOME THICK SKINNED:
There will always be resistance to change so expect your transformation phase to be rocky.
In the beginning you will face resistance from yourself and once you overcome that you will face resistance from society (family, friends, etc.)
Resistance from others will come in form of shame and guilt mostly. They will try and impress their scarcity mindset on you.
Make your mind your fortress and never allow their negativity to seep in and infiltrate your subconscious.
Also, don’t take any rash emotional decisions under pressure.
One must develop a thick skin in this day and age where herd mentality and sheep pathology is at its peak.
9. BECOME WELL READ:
Consume material that will help you function in the real world at a high level.
Read books/Listen audiobooks on various topics (self help, autobiography, law, economics, history, politics, etc.) and expand your knowledge.
1 or 2 years down the line you will realize you can hold a conversation with anyone.
This is an extremely attractive trait.
Also, work on your vocabulary and learn new words everyday. Don’t be afraid to use them in everyday conversations wherever applicable.
Make yourself a sponge and just absorb as much as you can about the world.
The more you read the more depth you add to your existing knowledge bank. This increases your ability to articulate thoughts more effectively.
