Hey, I’m back with another powerful law of attraction technique for you’ll. This time it’s the 3×33 manifestation method which is very similar to the 5×55 technique.
However, I will be going more indepth on the “how to aspect” in this article so, feel free to use the principles laid down here while doing the 5×55 method.
What is the 3×33 manifestation?
3×33 manifestation is a potent law of attraction writing technique that combines the power of spiritual numbers, intention, focus, emotion, and repetition to imprint the subconscious mind with the desire or goal we so wish to manifest.
In this method, we first choose an intention (what we want to manifest) and then craft a simple affirmation that speaks to that intention.
We then go on to write (with a pen on paper) this affirmation 33 times everyday for 3 days.
Once the 3 days are over, we let go of that desire and allow it to manifest naturally in divine time.
What is the significance of numbers ‘3’ and ’33’?
Number 3 has energies of creativity, growth, and positivity. It sparks the divine within you and with the help of ascended masters assists you in the manifesting process.
Number 33 is called the ‘Master Teacher’ and is made up of combining two other master numbers ’11’ and ’22’. This makes ’33’ a very powerful spiritual number. Also, ‘3’ appears twice in ’33’ which further enhances and amplifies the influences of number ‘3’.

The mind understands the language of emotions. It is the inherent feeling in that emotion that imprints the subconscious.
This is why when certain events (good or bad) happen, depending on the emotional charge behind them, they become deeply embedded in our memory.
Once it gets registered in the memory and based upon how we relate to that event, our beliefs are formed in the mind through continuous repetition of that thought over and over again.
As time passes, our beliefs become stronger, and the world begins to shape itself around our beliefs. We then begin to attract people, events, circumstances, etc. that match our current state of being. This is how manifestation happens.
So, in this technique as well we are using the same principles of ’emotion’ and ‘repetition’ to manifest our desires.
The only difference here is, we evoke ’emotions’ through the use of words and ‘repetition’ through the act of writing the same affirmation multiple times.
Also, with the aid of spiritual numbers and power of focus, the manifestations come to us much faster.
How to do 3×33 method?
To get the best results, follow the steps laid down below:
1) Set an intention:
An intention is a statement that clearly expresses our goal or desire to the universe.
Take some time out and think about what you want – money, job, relationship, good health, etc.
If you have a pressing need then set an intention that addresses the urgency first.
You can take help of the below questions to gain more clarity on your goals and desires:
- What type of person do I need to become to get what I want?
- If I only had a year to live what would be the top 10 items in my bucket list?
- What problem do I need to solve in the coming days, weeks, months, or years?
Some examples of intentions are as follows:
- I intend to be debt free
- I intend to lose 50 pounds
- I intend to become more social and outgoing
- I intend to make a full time income from my business
- I intend to be in a loving relationship with my soulmate
Please keep in mind that you can only work on one intention at a time for this particular exercise to work.
Make a separate book for your intentions. Write them down one by one in a list form. We will be reviewing them periodically and crossing them out once they manifest.
2) Convert the intention into an affirmation:
Now, we will choose one intention from our list and turn it into an affirmation.
To give you an example, let’s use the intentions we wrote above and convert them into affirmations:
|I intend to be debt free||I am so happy and grateful that I now live a debt free life.|

lose 50 pounds
|I am now 50 pounds lighter, I love my new slim body.|
|I intend to become more social |
|I am a social butterfly, I easily connect with people from different walks of life.|
|I intend to make a full time income from my business||I am a successful entrepreneur, my business makes money 24/7.|

in a loving relationship with my soulmate
|I am now in a loving, harmonious, and passionate relationship with my soulmate.|
As you can see above the affirmations begin with “I am” statements. When we talk to ourselves we generally say “I am so …, I am such a …”, etc.
Since our mind is already accustomed to addressing us that way, we will continue with this “I am” pattern of self talk in our affirmations also.
Next, the affirmations include “feeling” and “emotive” words like happy, grateful, love, etc.
These are powerful words that put you in a state of bliss, gratitude, and abundance naturally. So, please use them in your affirmations.
Make sure that you restrict your affirmation length to one line.
A Long winded affirmation is not only boring but you will also make a lot of errors and mistakes while writing it.
I wrote a long affirmation (about two lines) for 3 days, and when I reviewed it, I noticed that I had mixed up the words many times by mistake and this made the entire exercise futile.
Just keep the affirmation short and simple. Trust me on this.
Finally, the affirmation must be written in present tense. Use a sentence that begins with ‘I am now …’, ‘I now have…’, etc. The idea is to live in a state of the wish fulfilled.
The affirmation must convey that the desire is here and is already part of our reality.
3) Write the affirmation:
So, now that we have the affirmation ready, we will begin the writing process.
First, we need a notebook, journal or loose papers.
Also, we will use a pen to write the affirmation. So, no typing on a computer.
Use a ‘green pen’ to write money affirmations and ‘red pen’ to write love affirmations.
For other affirmations like – weight loss, social life, etc., we will use a blue pen.
Ok, let’s get to the meat of the matter.
Sit in a quiet place with no distractions and write the affirmation 33 times in one sitting and do this for 3 days in a row. You cannot skip days.
Write slowly and deliberately. Pour your heart and soul into it. You can also speak the affirmation in your mind as you write it.
Secret tip #1: Do the exercise when you’re having strong sexual urges. This will transmute your sex energy from your body to the pen and onto the paper giving it that creative spark.
After 3 days you can move on to your next desire or take a break, it’s upto you.
Ideal time for doing this technique is early morning or at night before going to bed.
4) Letting Go:
Once the 3 days are over, we release the desire so that it can take shape and form.
‘Letting Go’ means detaching ourselves from any doubts, worries, or anxieties associated with the happening of the said desire.
As we do these law of attraction exercises more regularly, our faith and belief in the ability to manifest increases.
Slowly, as we begin to trust the process, we are able to relinquish our desires more easily. This happens naturally and automatically without exerting any will.
So, let’s not worry too much about the concept of ‘letting go’ right now. Our focus should be on doing the main technique properly, 95% of which is sitting down and writing.
The other 5% is just add-ons (e.g., letting go, meditation, etc.) to make the manifestations appear faster.
Will the desire manifest in 3 days or not?
It’s highly unlikely (but not impossible) that your goal will manifest in 3 days. Every desire has its own divine time and gestation period so don’t force the issue, let it come to you naturally.

Even though I have written this article from a ‘subliminal manifestation’ point of view, the same principle of ‘timing’ should apply to other law of attraction techniques as well.
Which technique is better 3×33 or 5×55?
Both techniques are excellent and have proven to give amazing results, just see the testimonials online on forums and social media. So, I wouldn’t put one over the other.
What I would do instead is, use the 5×55 technique for tackling life altering problems and handling crisis like situations, for example, winning a lawsuit, protecting loved ones from harm, handling mental health issues, turning whole life around, etc.
and use the 3×33 technique for materialistic desires and possessions, for example, earn more money, attract a soulmate, get a better job, become muscular, travel more, buy a house or a car, etc.
Yes, you have to write more in the 5×55 method but I personally don’t think that should be the only reason behind choosing 3×33 over 5×55.
Try them both and see which techniques resonates more with you and go with that. Always listen to your intuition.
